Thank you for your order!  Please note that when you order books from us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

1.  The photo stickers we ship with your book are made from images you send us.  We do not edit or modify the images we receive from you in any way.  Please be careful to make your images look exactly the way you want before you upload them when submitting your order.

2.  The photo stickers provided with our books use permanent adhesive. They are difficult to peel off after initial placement and may tear the book pages if you attempt to remove them once they are placed in the book. These stickers should only be applied to the book pages and not other objects such as furniture, appliances, walls, etc. as they may be difficult to remove after they are applied!

3. We only ship this book within the United States of America.

4.  All sales are final. Because the books are personalized with photo stickers, no refunds or cancellations will be made after 24 hours have elapsed since the time and date of your order. If you experience a problem after receiving your order, please contact us at the email address shown below and we will do everything we can do to correct the issue.

5.  We would like your feedback.  If you like the product, or think we could have done something better, please contact us at support@stickingwithfamily.com. 

PRIVACY STATEMENT
We consider the images you submit as being personal to you.  We will not share the images or your personal information with third parties except as needed to create your product or contact you on behalf of Sticking With Family^®. We may retain the images for some period of time to facilitate ordering additional products at a later date, but do not guarantee we will keep the images forever.
